We will also continue to monitor and assist in updating the fee schedule as payer rates change.

We will provide guidance on appropriate rates and terms for your area and specialties. In addition, we will offer insight into payer trends and provide assistance on contract enrollment. We will also assist in identifying and managing contract violations.

Policy And Procedure Manuals

If needed, we will provide detailed business office policies, procedures, and forms which can be personalized to your ambulatory surgery specifications. These policy and procedure manuals meet regulatory compliance guidelines.

Workflow

We will assist in recommending products and policies that can help in streamlining workflow, such as verification products, banking options, patient payment services and billing software.

Clearinghouse

We will recommend the appropriate clearinghouse company for your ambulatory surgery center. In addition, we will manage clearinghouse setup, including appropriate options, integration, and payer enrollment.
