Giving Thanks

Thanksgiving is the time when we count our blessings and remind ourselves how fortunate we are.
This year, and every year, I am thankful for my family, friends, health and my work family. I am also blessed with a career that allows me to do meaningful work and serve the ASC community. After having a very successful ASC development and management company, I went on to start one of most successful ASC-specific revenue cycle management companies, which sold in 2010. This allowed me to start what I call my “giveback company” to serve ASCs in an even more meaningful and rewarding way, providing a unique level of service.
Today, my mission is not only to serve my clients, but also continue to educate and help all who struggle with the ever-increasing burden of getting paid for services and helping patients back to health.
With that said, I am also thankful for:

Dedicated and hardworking employees, without whom we would not have #1.
Loyal clients who have followed us from our previous billing company (Surgery Center Billing) to Serbin Medical Billing.
New clients who have decided to give Serbin Medical Billing a chance based on our reputation, knowledge and experience.
Our new and bigger office, which we needed because of our continued growth.
The continued support of vendors with whom we have worked in the past.
The kind wishes and helpful referrals from old friends in the ASC industry.
The continued acceptance of publishers and ASC associations for inviting us to write for their publications as well as speak and exhibit at their meetings.
