E-Tool: Emergency Management and Disaster Plan

No one was fully prepared for how COVID-19 would disrupt our lives and businesses. At Serbin Medical Billing, we worked diligently in the early days of the pandemic to modify our operations to ensure we could continue serving our ambulatory surgery center clients while keeping our staff safe. Thanks to this teamwide effort — backed by our emergency management and disaster plan — we were successful. Not only did we retain our full complement of staff, but we added a number of top-notch ASC revenue cycle professionals whose services became available to us to further strengthen our infrastructure and support our continued growth.
