We hope you were able to join us at the 2019 ASCA Conference and Expo in Nashville. We certainly enjoyed meeting everyone who visited our booth in the exhibit hall — thanks so much for stopping by! We love talking about how The Serbin Difference is helping ASCs throughout the country improve their revenue cycle management and maximize collections.
Thanks also to everyone who attended my and Tara Gillon's session on "Improving Your ASC's Revenue Cycle Operations From A to Z," (and there were a lot of you!).
We discussed the challenges encountered in the day-to-day revenue cycle operations of ASCs. Pulling from our many years of experience in ASC revenue cycle management, we shared solutions and best practices to overcome these obstacles. Audience participation was great, and we appreciated all of your terrific questions and comments.
